Each year at our AGM we look back on the year that was, elect the new Committee for the coming year and look ahead to what's in store for VicBears in the next 12 months. As usual, there will be changes on the Committee due to retirements and no one’s position is guaranteed!
The AGM commences at 7:30pm, Tuesday 31st July 2012, at is held at the VicAids/GMHC Centre, 6 Claremont St, South Yarra (off Toorak Rd, near Chapel St).
If you are considering putting your hand up and being an active part of the next Committee, please go to our website and check out the duties that are expected of each position. You can also talk to some of the existing Committee members to get first hand experiences about what being a VicBears Committeeman is all about!

To join the VicBears 2012/2013 Committee;
- you must be a current financial member of VicBears
- be nominated for a Committee position by another VicBears member
- complete the ‘Committee Nomination Form’ found on our website. You can also request a Nomination Form from Peter Undy, Secretary on secretary@vicbears.org.au or 0409 360 031.
- The completed Form must be received by Peter Undy, Secretary no later than 5:00pm, Tuesday 24th July 2012. You can email a scanned copy of the completed Form to secretary@vicbears.org.au,
Your Nomination Form must be received by 5:00pm on Tuesday 24th July 2012 - one week before the AGM.
Voting at the AGM is for all current financial members (one vote per member) and can be either by turning up on the night, or assigning a completed Proxy Voting Form and give it to your representative to be handed to the Secretary at the AGM.
