Annual General Meeting [AGM]: Tuesday 26 July, 2011

All financial members of VicBears Inc. for 2011 are invited to attend our 2011 Annual General Meeting.

This is your opportunity as a member of VicBears to elect the 2011-12 committee to run our club, for the following 12 months.

By attending the AGM you can express your voice in the way you want the club to move ahead in the coming year.

The meeting will start at 7:30pm sharp, Tuesday 26 July 2011 and will be held at the VAC/GMHC Training Room, Ground Floor, 6 Claremont Street, South Yarra.

Forms are not being mailed out to members - please review and print the AGM Forms from this website; www.vicbears.org.au/more/agm

Please note - you must be a financial member of VicBears before you can vote at the AGM. If your current membership has expired, you should renew your membership as soon as possible. Membership renewals will be accepted up until the opening of the meeting.

If you feel that you have the time, energy and commitment to assist in the running of the club please nominate for one of the Committee positions.

If you wish to cast vote at the meeting, and cannot be personally present – please complete the Form of Appointment of Proxy form so that another VicBears member can vote for you.
